Only about 1 in 5 pass the AMC Clinical. Be one of them.
The AMC Clinical passes only around 21% of candidates — roughly 4 in 5 fail, mostly on communication and structured management, not knowledge. We're building AI voice patients that respond, examiner-style scoring with the exact fixes, Australian guidelines (eTG, RACGP, PBS), structured notes and full 20-station timed mocks so you can rehearse the exam before you spend another AUD $3,000 on it.
AUD $3,000–3,400 per attempt — and seats disappear within minutes of release. The months you spend waiting for a slot are exactly the months to rehearse.
The consultation skills that fail AMC candidates are the same ones our current stations train. Practise them free while you wait for launch.

Frequently asked questions
What is the AMC Clinical Exam?
The AMC Clinical Exam is an OSCE-style assessment administered by the Australian Medical Council for international medical graduates seeking to practise in Australia. It consists of 20 stations (16 assessed + 4 rest), each lasting 10 minutes (2 minutes reading + 8 minutes assessment). Of the 16 assessed stations, 14 are scored and 2 are unscored pilot stations being trialled for future exams — so you must pass at least 9 of the 14 scored stations.
How is the AMC Clinical Exam different from PLAB 2?
The AMC Clinical uses Australian Therapeutic Guidelines instead of NICE/BNF, PBS (Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme) drug formulary instead of the BNF, and scenarios reflect the Australian healthcare system including Medicare and state-based health services. The station format also differs: 20 total stations with 10-minute timing versus PLAB 2's 16 stations at 8 minutes.
What clinical areas does the AMC Clinical cover?
Stations span general medicine, surgery, women's health, paediatrics, and mental health in both hospital and community settings. The exam assesses history taking, physical examination, diagnostic reasoning, and management with counselling.
When will AMC Clinical preparation be available?
We're developing Australian-specific content including adapted scenarios, PBS prescribing conventions, and Australian Therapeutic Guidelines alignment. Join the waitlist to be notified at launch and receive early bird pricing.
Why is the AMC Clinical pass rate so low?
Most candidates who fail the AMC Clinical lose marks on communication and structured, safe management rather than on clinical knowledge — the parts of a consultation you can only get right by rehearsing them out loud, under time pressure. That's exactly what our AI patients and examiner-style feedback are built to train.
Can I use the current platform to prepare for the AMC Clinical?
The core clinical reasoning and consultation skills are transferable across all OSCE exams. However, the AMC Clinical requires Australian-specific guidelines, drug names, and healthcare system knowledge — which is what our dedicated AMC preparation will provide.
